Terms & Conditions – Student-Athletes, College Athletic Departments and Employers

Game Theory Group International LLC is an online leadership and career development platform as well as an employment database for student-athletes.

By registering your employment candidacy information, you are agreeing to allow Game Theory Group to use that information for the purpose of sharing it with prospective employers.

Please note that certain information, which you may submit to Game Theory Group, is likely to reveal your gender, ethnic origin, nationality, age, religion and/or sexual orientation, and/or other personal information about you. You acknowledge that your submission of any information to Game Theory Group is voluntary on your part. Game Theory Group is not responsible for any misuse or misappropriation of any content or information you post anywhere within Game Theory Group.

Student-Athlete eligibility as it relates to NCAA compliance is managed collectively by their institution and the NCAA. If you have any questions or concerns you should contact your Athletic Department’s Compliance Office.

Use of this site constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions which take effect on the date you first use the site. Game Theory Group reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by posting changes online. You are responsible for reviewing regularly information posted online to obtain timely notice of such changes. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of this agreement as modified by the posted changes.

Game Theory Group accepts no liability for any inaccuracies or omissions in their web site and any decisions based on information contained in this web site are the sole responsibility of the visitor. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States of America in the State of North Carolina. Disputes arising here from shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of United States of America.

If these Terms and Conditions are not accepted in full, the use of this site must be terminated immediately.
